Keltec scrapers are manufactured from heavy gauge steel which is hot dip galvanized.

The scraper units are designed with free floating blades to enable effective cleaning of

uneven surfaces and with hinged wings to follow irregular passage widths. The electrical panel has

both manual and automatic control settings.

In automatic mode two timers control the scrapers, these timers can be set independently to

activate any combination of passages at required intervals. The hydraulic unit is powered by a 1.6 kW motor.

Scraper blades are fitted with a pressure sensing ratchet mechanism.

All switch and solenoid valves in the ram boxes use 24 volt DC current.
